This is the second year with Colorado's Best Beef and our third quarter. We really enjoy the meat. It is better than we can get at the grocery stores and at a better overall price. With three kids in college, some of the meat goes there as well. It helps stretch their food budget and they love it.

workforce/crew for this family-owned beef operation.

Our family has been eating the Elliott's home grown meat for years. We believe their beef tastes much better than commercial meat because the Elliott's cows are treated very humanely and are not given growth hormones or antibiotics. In this age of over-processed food, we really enjoy eating delicious, healthy fresh beef.
