Half of Beef average size ranges from 300-450 pounds/ Hanging carcass weight. Loss from bones, fat, etc. approximately 30% of carcass weight.

Take Home Weight
Package Take home- weight on Half of Beef, average size, 210- 315 pounds, approximately.

Out of Pocket
Approximately $650 - $750 for beef & processing per quarter or approximately $1300 - $1500 for beef & processing per half. (This works out to about $5.60 / pound for all the cuts of meat in a standard cutting order.)
