Standard Cutting
Instructions
Here is a simple, easy way
to order whole, ½'s and ¼'s of beef.
-
First, decide what size you
want, a whole, ½ or ¼. A whole carcass will yield about 513
lbs of meat, a half 275 lbs and a quarter 128 lbs. (Remember these are estimates.)
-
Next, decide what type of cuts
you want in your order. If you want specialty cuts you must contact the
butcher directly.
-
For ¼'s we will have
to match your instructions with a similar order, so each person gets the
exact same amount of meat. (You may have to compromise with your choices.
We will do our best to match your order with a similar order.)
-
Now you can print off the Cutting
Order Form, fill out your cutting instructions and call or email Colorado's
Best Beef with the order. We will contact the butcher after receiving your
$100 non-refundable deposit.
-
Any cuts of beef you do not
want will be trimmed and ground for hamburger.
